Floreo's (not-so) Secret Passageways

Written by Rita Solórzano | July 15, 2026

There is something that can be very satisfying about finding an unmarked doorway that provides a shortcut from one familiar place in a building to another. The discovery of these doorways can make you feel like you have found a secret passageway. It can give you a new way to experience your building and may even give you a sense of belonging to that space. The Floreo coaching experience includes a few "secret" passageways. In truth, they are not really secret, since they are labeled, but they might be easily overlooked. Once you discover them, these shortcuts can make navigating Floreo easier, faster, and more fun.

As an introduction to those secret passageways, let's take a look at the broader Floreo platform. When it comes to accessing Floreo, 3 URLs serve as your main entry points.

  • The link floreovr.com takes you to our main website. Here, anyone can find basic information on the Floreo system, information about our company, and loads of resources. The site contains publicly available guidance on using VR to support learning.
  • The address coach.floreovr.com will open up a sign-in page for Coaches. With a Floreo subscription, Coaches can access their Learner profiles and run VR lessons with their Learners. It allows Coaches to set Learner preferences and accommodations.
  • Last, but not least, portal.floreovr.com allows Coaches to review Learner play history and progress. It provides a range of functionality, including access to the Artificial Intelligence recommendations tool and the ability to create custom lesson plans for their Learners.

The shortcuts (or secret passageways) between these sites can most often be found in the left-hand menu. For example, if you are logged in to the Coach Web App (coach.floreovr.com), you will find a menu item that will take you directly to the Floreo Portal. It is labeled "Portal" and has a small icon, a little box with an upward arrow. Clicking this link will instantly open your portal page (portal.floreovr.com). So, if a Coach is about to start a session and wants a quick reminder of the last lesson played by a particular Learner, that task can be completed efficiently using this shortcut. Then, when the Coach wants to return to the lesson delivery page, they may go to the left-hand side of the portal page, click on the menu item that reads "Coaching App", which also has a little box with an arrow, and they will find themselves instantly back at the Coach Web App.

Furthermore, if you are on our main website (floreovr.com) and want to log in to the Coach app, take a look at the top of the page. There is a Login button that quickly transports you to a page that allows you to access your Coach experience.

At Floreo, we strive to provide virtual reality experiences that inspire a sense of discovery so that Learners can joyfully access new skills. We hope to inspire that same sense of discovery in our Coaches as they explore all of the tools and resources available in the Floreo experience. While you are on the portal, don't forget to explore the "Release Notes" and the "Resources" menu items.
