Floreo is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of individuals who use our virtual reality applications, including children and learners who participate in supervised activities.

Adult account holders, parents or legal guardians, and authorized representatives of organizations may request deletion of a Floreo account or associated personal information as described below.

How to Request Account or Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Floreo account or associated learner information:

1. Send an email to privacy@floreovr.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address associated with your Floreo account.
3. Specify whether you are requesting deletion of your entire account or the personal information associated with an individual learner.
4. Floreo will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity or authority to request deletion.

You do not need to have the Floreo application installed or maintain access to the application to submit a deletion request.

Following verification, Floreo will process the request in accordance with applicable law and notify you when the request has been completed or explain any information that must be retained.

What Information Is Deleted?

Following verification of a valid deletion request, Floreo will delete the applicable user account and associated personal information, except for information subject to the retention requirements described below.

Depending on the type of account and scope of the request, information eligible for deletion includes:

• Account information: Personal information associated with the Floreo account, including account identifiers and contact information.
• Learner profiles: Learner identifiers, profiles, and associated personal information.
• Lesson activity: Learner progress, participation history, performance data, and related information associated with the account.

Deletion of an entire account will terminate access to the applicable Floreo services and may result in the permanent loss of associated learner information.

Account deletion is distinct from account deactivation or archiving. Information eligible for deletion will be securely deleted rather than merely made inaccessible to the user.

Accounts Managed by Schools and Organizations

Some Floreo accounts are created or managed by schools, healthcare providers, therapy organizations, or other institutions.

For these accounts, Floreo generally processes personal information on behalf of the responsible organization, which maintains authority over institution-managed learner information, subject to applicable law and the governing agreement.

Requests involving institution-managed learner information may require coordination with or authorization from the responsible organization. Floreo will assist in fulfilling such requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws, contractual obligations, and any legal or regulatory requirements for continued retention.

Parents and legal guardians may also contact the school, healthcare provider, or other organization responsible for their child's Floreo account to request deletion of learner information.

Individuals may submit a deletion request directly to Floreo even when their information is associated with an institutional account. Floreo will review the request and coordinate with the responsible organization as appropriate.

Data Retention and Exceptions

Floreo processes deletion requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and our Privacy Policy.

Certain information may need to be retained for legitimate purposes permitted or required by applicable law, including:

• Legal and regulatory compliance: Records necessary to comply with applicable laws, healthcare program requirements, regulatory audits, medical device obligations, or other legally mandated recordkeeping.
• Financial records: Transaction history and related information required for accounting, tax reporting, or financial compliance.
• Security and legal claims: Information necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
• Institutional records: Information subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements under agreements with schools, healthcare providers, or other organizations, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Retention periods vary depending on the category of information and the applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements. Information retained following an account deletion request will remain subject to appropriate security and privacy protections and will not be used for purposes unrelated to the basis for its continued retention.

Floreo will delete retained personal information when the applicable retention requirement expires, unless another lawful basis for continued retention applies.

Floreo may retain information that has been de-identified or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
