Accessing Floreo Through Waiver Programs

Our immersive VR lessons are frequently categorized and covered as Assistive Technology or Communication Aids under various state waiver programs. If your family receives self-directed dollars or has a budget that can be used to purchase technology to support your Learner, this can sometimes be used to fund a Floreo program.

 

How to Get Access to Floreo

  • Get Authorization

    Contact your Service Coordinator to request authorization for a Floreo program through your waiver services or self-directed budget.

  • Email Floreo

    Once authorized, your Service Coordinator emails clinic@floreovr.com with the participant information needed to get started.

  • Schedule a Call

    Complete a brief intake call to discuss your needs and ensure Floreo is a good fit.

  • Receive Your Equipment

    Floreo contacts the family to coordinate equipment shipment and set up their Floreo account.

  • Get Expert Training

    The family receives live video training with Floreo Customer Success to learn how to set up the equipment and get started with Floreo.
