Our flexibility as a company and team as well as the many online tools available have allowed us to continue our operations as normal. We are continuing to work hard to develop new lessons for our catalog, expanding our teletherapy capabilities, and our experts are available to help you make the most out of your Floreo subscription whether you are homeschooling, teaching virtually, or venturing into online appointments for the first time. We have also created some special packages and pricing plans to help facilitate schools, clinics, and families wanting to use Floreo during this trying economic time. Heather is Floreo's Director of Customer Success. She makes sure that all of Floreo's customers are comfortable and confident using Floreo. Prior to working at Floreo, Heather worked at Trove (a news start-up) and eBay for Charity. Heather holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College, where she also played varsity basketball (and won an Ivy League Championship) and a M.Ed. from the University of Mary Washington. In her free time she enjoys reading, tennis, skiing, and hiking around Western North Carolina with her husband, two sons, and adorable lab mix, Pepper.
