Lesson highlight
Floreo releases new content regularly, and we know it can sometimes be hard to decide which lessons to focus on. To help, we’re introducing a monthly highlight featuring some of our earlier lessons you may not have explored yet.
This month’s featured lesson comes from Heather Manning, Floreo’s Director of Customer Success, who chose to spotlight one of her personal favorites: Peaceful Painting. Heather loves this lesson because it blends art with mindfulness and gives Learners the option to add calming music, some of which was contributed by family members of Floreo employees!
Find your favorite lesson: Floreo subscriptions include unlimited access to Floreo's library of lessons.

This time of year—filled with exciting events and changes—can also be a bit disruptive. Routines often shift due to seasonal activities, extended vacation breaks, and travel. Many of us are also in places where daylight hours are shorter, which can affect our overall sensory and emotional regulation. Establishing habits that support a consistent sensory regulation routine can make a big difference during this season. Floreo can be a healthy and supportive part of that routine.
