As more of life happens online, it’s critical to help build skills to navigate digital spaces safely. Setting healthy boundaries protects against oversharing, cyberbullying, and unsafe requests, while empowering individuals to recognize red flags and respond with confidence.
We’re excited to share Digital Boundaries, our newest lesson created with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities! This lesson helps build digital safety skills through real-life scenarios, like chatting with a neighbor, an online gaming friend, or a “sweetheart.” Learners can safely practice responding by saying no, ending the interaction, or asking a trusted adult for help.
