It's live! Floreo's browser-based Coach experience is here!

We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone in the Floreo journey: the brand-new browser-based Coach experience is officially live! Now, Floreo Coaches can guide sessions directly from a desktop, laptop, or tablet, no iPad required.

This update brings greater flexibility, easier access, and a more streamlined experience for Coaches everywhere.

What You Need to Do

Whether you’re using a Meta Quest, PICO headset, iPhone, or Floreo-provided equipment, here’s how to make the switch:

For PICO & Quest Users

  • Update your Learner device to the latest version of the Floreo app (available via the PICO Business Store or Meta Horizon Store).

  • Visit coach.floreovr.com in your preferred browser to start using the new Coach experience immediately.

  • You may now delete the old “Floreo Legacy” app from your iPad, it is no longer supported or needed.

For iPhone Users

  • Delete the “Floreo Legacy” app from both your iPhone and iPad.

  • Download the new "Floreo VR" app from the App Store to your iPhone.

  • Start guiding sessions via the browser-based Coach experience at coach.floreovr.com, from any compatible device.

If You're Using Floreo-Provided Equipment

  • Turn on your devices and connect them to WiFi.

  • You now have access to the new browser-based Coach experience via the Safari browser on your Floreo-issued iPad.


New Network Requirements

If you’re working in a clinic, school, or organization with managed networks, please share our updated network requirements with your IT team as soon as possible. This will ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted access to sessions.


Why This Upgrade Matters

This new browser-based experience was designed with accessibility, flexibility, and ease-of-use in mind. It removes previous hardware limitations and empowers Coaches to deliver sessions from the devices that work best for them.
